The Greek word kalos means beautiful but more than that it means beautiful to look at, excellent, magnificent. And that’s what Kalos Coordinating is about – making your wedding day excellent & magnificent.

Do I really need a coordinator?
Of course, our answer is yes! There are so many tiny little details that come up before and during the wedding day. And that’s where we come in! To do all the behind the scenes work so that you and your family can enjoy the day.
Is Kalos Coordinating an insured vendor?
Yes! As of Fall 2023, Kalos became a LLC & we are an insured vendor! This allows us to work with a vast amount of vendors & help you have even more of a peace of mind!
Who should come to the meetings?
Truly anyone who is involved in the planning of the wedding can come! I will always encourage both the bride and the groom to come to the meetings, just so we can get to know each other and you know I’m your go to person that day.
Will Kalos Coordinating travel?
Yes! We will travel within 40 miles from our home base in Haw River. Travel fees are subject to be included in packages.
Do you have a payment plan?
Yes! We know that weddings can get pricey so we strive to help you figure out the best payment plan for your budget.
Is there a difference between the venue coordinator and the wedding coordinator? Do I need both?
You might not need us both! Sometimes a venue offers a wedding coordinator as part of your venue rental. Other times they are just on-site staff that looks after the venue and won’t be much help with your timeline.
While you are touring your venue(s) ask about the responsibilities of the venue coordinator!
